Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Dailerc Tech collects when you use dailerc.com, what we use it for, how long we keep it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It follows Vietnamese personal data protection law, including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and any amending or replacing regulations. If the Vietnamese and English versions differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller and processor of your personal data is:

2. Data we collect

We only collect data you choose to give us and the minimum technical data the site needs to work. We use no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party tracking scripts.

Contact form

Your name, email, phone number (optional), company (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.

Customer account

Your name, email and password. The password is hashed with bcrypt before it is stored; we never know your actual password.

Orders and payments

  • Order details: the ordering account, the plan or product, the licence, the amount, the order code, the status and its timestamps (created, "I have transferred" pressed, paid, expired).
  • Details of transfers into our bank account: amount, transfer description, reference code and time. The description is recorded by the bank and may include the sender's name. Account numbers in transaction data are masked to their last 4 digits.
  • We never collect card numbers, OTP codes or your online banking credentials. You make the transfer yourself in your own banking app.

Source code downloads

Each download is logged to prevent abuse: the time, the file, a truncated IP address (the first three parts of an IPv4 address, the first 48 bits of an IPv6 address) and the first 160 characters of your browser's user agent.

Online tools

To apply the free daily limits, we count runs per anonymous id in the tool_anon cookie (or per account when you are signed in) and per IP address. These counters are deleted after the day ends (Vietnam time). We only keep daily totals per tool, not linked to anyone. With the current tools, what you enter is processed in your browser and is not sent to our servers.

Chat with our staff

Support chat requires an account. We store your messages, any files you attach (up to 25 MB each) and the rating you leave after the chat, if any.

AI assistant

  • We store the conversation: your messages, the answers, the language, the page you were on when the chat started and the anonymous id in the ai_chat cookie (or your account when you are signed in).
  • If you type your name, phone number or email and what you need, the assistant may record it as a contact request so our staff can get back to you.
  • When you choose "Talk to our team", a summary of your conversation with the assistant is passed to the support chat so our staff have the context.
  • Please do not send sensitive information (ID numbers, health or financial details…) to the AI assistant.

Technical data

IP addresses are used briefly for rate limiting and to block password guessing. Server technical logs are capped in size and overwritten automatically. For admin (staff) accounts, every action that changes data is recorded in an activity log with the IP and browser, kept for 180 days.

3. What we use the data for

  • Answering contact requests, advising and quoting for services.
  • Creating and running your account and signing you in securely.
  • Processing orders: creating payment codes, matching transfers, unlocking tools, granting licences and source downloads, and refunds when needed.
  • Customer support through chat and the AI assistant.
  • Preventing abuse and fraud and protecting the system (usage limits, rate limits, download logs).
  • Meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising and do not send marketing email.

  • Your consent: when you submit the contact form, register an account, or send messages to the AI assistant or our staff, after being informed of this policy. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 9); withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.
  • Performing a contract: processing your order and payment and delivering the tools and source code you bought.
  • Legal obligations: keeping transaction records as accounting and tax rules require, and providing data to competent authorities when lawfully requested.

5. Who may receive your data

  • Our staff, by permission: only people assigned the work can see contact requests, orders or conversations.
  • The artificial intelligence provider we use for the AI assistant (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq, Google, DeepSeek or OpenRouter, depending on the configuration at the time): it receives the messages you send to the assistant, that conversation's history, the language and the page you are on, to generate answers.   • SePay (a bank transaction notification service): connected to our receiving bank account, it sends us the details of incoming transfers so orders are confirmed automatically.
  • Our hosting provider: the website, database and files are stored on a rented server at [NHÀ CUNG CẤP MÁY CHỦ, VỊ TRÍ MÁY CHỦ]. Files (images, attachments, source code) are stored in MinIO file storage running on that same server.
  • Cloudflare provides domain name (DNS) service for dailerc.com.
  • Competent state authorities, when the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside Vietnam

The AI providers listed in section 5 run their servers outside Vietnam (mostly in the United States). Messages you send to the AI assistant are therefore transferred abroad for processing. We only send what is needed to answer (your messages, that conversation's history, the language and the current page); we do not send your email, password or orders unless you type them into a message. If you do not want your data transferred abroad, please do not use the AI assistant and contact us through the contact form, email or staff chat instead. We carry out the procedures for cross-border data transfer that the law requires.

7. How long we keep data

  • AI assistant conversations: deleted automatically after 90 days without a new message. Contact requests the assistant recorded are kept like contact form requests.
  • Contact requests, accounts and staff chat: kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed for the purposes above.
  • Orders, transactions, licences and download logs: kept while the licence or access is valid and for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
  • Tool usage counters and rate limits: deleted within a day.
  • Admin account activity log: 180 days.
  • Backups: the database and file storage are backed up each time the system is updated, and the 7 most recent backups are kept on the server. Deleted data may remain in older backups until they are replaced.

8. How we protect data

  • The whole site runs over HTTPS.
  • Sign-in cookies are httpOnly, so page scripts cannot read them.
  • Passwords are hashed with bcrypt; payment secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
  • Purchased source code sits in private storage and can only be downloaded through links valid for 5 minutes.
  • Staff only access data their permissions allow, and every admin action is logged.

No system is perfectly secure. If a personal data breach happens, we will handle it and give notice as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Under personal data protection law, you have the right to:

  • be informed about the processing of your data;
  • give or refuse consent, and withdraw it;
  • access, view and correct your data;
  • have your data deleted;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • receive a copy of your data;
  • complain, report, sue and claim damages as provided by law;
  • protect yourself as provided by law.

To exercise these rights, email [EMAIL] from the address you used with us (or include details that help us confirm you are the data subject). The site has no self-service account deletion yet, so deletion is done on request. We reply within the time limits set by law. Some data (such as transaction records) may have to be kept for accounting or tax reasons; we will tell you when that applies.

10. Cookies and browser storage

The site only uses cookies needed for its features. We use no advertising, analytics or third-party cookies, so there is no cookie consent banner.

  • customer_access_token (15 minutes) and customer_refresh_token (7 days): keep you signed in to your customer account. httpOnly.
  • customer_session (7 days): marks that you are signed in so the interface shows correctly; it holds no personal data.
  • tool_anon (1 year): a random id to count free tool runs. httpOnly.
  • ai_chat (30 days, renewed while you chat): a random id to resume your conversation with the AI assistant. httpOnly.
  • Browser storage (localStorage): light/dark theme (theme), chat notification and sound preferences, and unsent message drafts. These stay on your device.
  • Admin (staff) accounts also use sign-in and language cookies for the admin area.

You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; you will be signed out and the free usage counters may reset.

11. Children

Our services are not aimed at children under 16. If you are under 16, please have a parent or guardian consent and make purchases for you. If we learn we have received a child's data without valid consent, we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

When we change how we process data, we update this page and show the date and version at the top. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the site before they apply.
