Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit dailerc.com, create an account, use the online tools, buy source code or contact us. By using the site you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Payment Policy. If the Vietnamese and English versions differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.

2. What we offer

  • Software development services (websites, apps…): you send a request through the contact form. Scope, price, schedule and warranty are agreed in a separate quotation or contract, which takes precedence over these terms.
  • Online tools: free with daily limits, or with a paid plan.
  • Source code: source code products (UI kits, landing pages, small apps) sold with a usage licence.
  • AI assistant and support chat: answers to your questions and a way to reach our staff.

3. Accounts

  • You need an account to buy and to chat with our staff. Please use your real name and email; that is how we verify you for support or refunds.
  • Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, after telling you why, unless the law prevents us from telling you.

4. Online tools

  • Free use: each tool has a number of free runs per day, shown on the tool page. Counters reset daily on Vietnam time. We may change the free limits.
  • Paid plans:
    • Lifetime unlock of a tool: no expiry, for as long as we operate that tool.
    • 30-day or 365-day pass: starts when the order's payment is confirmed and ends after exactly that many days. If you already hold an active pass of the same scope, the new one is added after the current one ends. Passes never renew or charge you automatically.
    • All-tools plan: covers every tool on the site for the plan's term.
  • Paid plans still have a fair daily usage cap to protect the system; the cap is shown on the tool page.
  • Tool output is an aid only. Check it yourself before relying on it for anything important.
  • If we retire a tool while you hold an active paid plan for it, we will give notice and refund you or offer an alternative, under the Refund Policy.

5. Source code and licences

Buying source code gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of the code. Copyright stays with us.

  • Personal licence: build one product of your own.
  • Commercial licence: everything in Personal, plus building websites for clients (paid projects) or building a finished product to sell.
  • No licence allows reselling, sharing, publishing or distributing the source code itself (original or modified) as a source code product.
  • Once payment is confirmed, download the code in "My source code" (/en/account/source-code). You can download the latest and earlier versions while the licence is valid. Each licence allows 20 downloads a day, and each download link is valid for 5 minutes.
  • Preview images on the site are for illustration only, not a working demo.
  • We may revoke a licence when its order is refunded or when you break the licence terms.

6. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Vietnamese dong (VND). [THÔNG TIN THUẾ GTGT VÀ HOÁ ĐƠN]
  • An order's amount is fixed when you create the order; later price changes do not affect it.
  • We only accept bank transfer (scan the VietQR code or transfer the exact amount with the exact description). We never collect card details.
  • Payment confirmation, expired orders, wrong transfers and refunds are covered in the Refund & Payment Policy.

7. AI assistant

  • The AI assistant answers automatically using a third-party AI provider's model and can be wrong. Its answers are not quotations, commitments or legal or financial advice. Official prices and terms are those on the product page, quotation or contract.
  • Your messages are sent to the AI provider for processing, including outside Vietnam, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • The assistant has hourly and daily message limits and may be paused at any time. You can always ask for a person instead.

8. What you must not do

  • Break Vietnamese law or infringe other people's rights.
  • Attack, scan or overload the system; get around usage limits on purpose by creating many accounts or changing addresses.
  • Send malware, scams, harassment or unlawful content through forms, chat or attachments.
  • Copy or scrape the site's content, or share your account or download links with others.

9. Intellectual property

The content, design, brand and source code on the site belong to us or to those who licence them to us. You may only use them within these terms and the licence you bought.

10. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the site and tools running reliably but do not guarantee they are always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the tools, the source code or the AI assistant's answers. Nothing here excludes or limits the consumer rights granted by the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights 2023 or other laws.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date and version are shown at the top of the page. New terms do not apply retroactively to orders already paid.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. In a dispute, both sides first try to negotiate and mediate (see how to complain in the Refund & Payment Policy). If that fails, the dispute goes to the competent state authority or a competent court in Vietnam.
